Submit your request
On the Booking page, enter your event type, date, location and contact details, and accept our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Receive a quotation
We confirm availability and send a written quotation in QAR with an itemised scope, normally within 24 hours.
Confirm with advance
Your date is reserved once the advance payment is received through a secure payment link or bank transfer. You receive an electronic invoice/receipt.
Setup day
Our team arrives at the agreed time, installs the décor and hands over to you before guests arrive.
Dismantling
After the event we collect all rental items at the agreed time. The remaining balance is settled on or before the event day.
