Payment & Security Policy

1. Currency

All prices, quotations, invoices and payments are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

2. Payment methods

• Secure online payment link — Visa, Mastercard and local debit cards — processed by a licensed payment service provider in Qatar.
• Bank transfer to the company account of Dreamora Interior Decoration W.L.L. (details on your invoice).
• Cash or card on delivery for the balance, where agreed.

3. Payment terms

• Advance: 50% of the quotation to confirm the booking.
• Balance: due on or before the event day, prior to setup.
• Bookings made less than 72 hours before the event require full payment.

4. Invoices & receipts

An electronic invoice/receipt showing our legal name and CR No. 254750 is issued for every payment.

5. Card security

Card payments are processed on the payment provider’s encrypted (HTTPS/TLS, 3-D Secure) page. Dreamora does not see or store your full card number or CVV. Never share card details by WhatsApp, phone or email — we will never ask you to.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails or you are charged twice, contact us with the transaction reference and any duplicate amount will be refunded in full to the original method within 14 working days.
